Same car here, and I'd say it depends on camber. With close to -2 degrees in the rear my 23mm spacers on 16x7 still look just a bit tucked. I don't have any spacers up front, I should probably go ahead and do that as I'm at the same camber up front. That 7mm looks nice from the linked thread.
One thing I noticed with the spacers with included studs is that you need to be very careful with cleaning wheel surfaces and torquing them. It's surprisingly easy to get a wobble.
