As I explained above, the heater valve on this side may be partly closed and some hot air is allowed to enter the cabin, even if blowers are off. After a certain running time, air is so hot in the exchangers that you don't need to have the blower running to get hot air in the cabin.

I had the same problem (on driver side) a long time ago with my first SC and the issue was a partly closed (or open) valve. My feet were burning. Had to reset the cable on this side.
The flapper valve on the heat exchanger isn’t closing. You can check it out. Corrosion can cause the issue!
