Hello All. In the ongoing quest to correct the stalling problem of my car, I purchased a cylinder head temperature sensor from Pelican. I cut the wire on the old one, removed it from my car, and installed the new one. The new sensor did not correct the problem. Back to the drawing board. My question to you now, even though I am going to keep the new sensor in the car, is will the old sensor still function correctly if I solder the wire back together? Rather than just throw it away, I would like to be able to keep it as a spare, in case I need it in the future. Thank you for your knowledgeable responses.
