I figured I wouldn't be able to match the van. I am sure because the van is always a temporary thing they heavily discount it.
I didn't want to pay $90 per month either though.
Matt, of the 40ish national parks we have been to, there has been OK service near the entrance but, as you say, hiking or driving on some of the interior is spotty at best. If we camped there, we might have to go SpaceX.
Starlink sounds like it might be the best and I don't mind buying equipment, but it is on the really pricey side. About triple what we pay for home internet for less speed.
Will have to think about that. A laptop with a data plan would be less overall, but not as good.
