New bearings- torqued arp bolts to 30ftlbs.....should be 40 when fulled torqed.... Im guessing its normal to touch slightly.? I don't see anything that could prevent it from touching, especially when the crank is vertical.
I just seen videos where people spin them and it dont look like they are touching anything.
