Just acquired this 1982 SC up here in Canada. I know that 15 inch rims were standard and 16 were an option in 1982. I did notice a sticker in the rear of this car stating the tire size for this particular car is 16 inch.

Also I realize the oem Turbo tail is not stock for an SC and will be removed and posted for sale.

BBS weren't a factory option but it's very possible that they were a dealer supplied item.
The 'Tea Tray' on the car in the pic above was the factory option tail from that era.
