Why change anything?
Those tire sizes indicate these might be 8"/9" wheels which are as wide as you can get without modification. Skinny original FUCH will not fill the wheel wells as nice.
New engine lid will not just drop in and will require fabricating and paint.
Drive it for a while and decide later.
