You could do it yourself. Just find a mini toggle switch and attach it through a hole made at the top of the plastic cover. On this picture, the pin I would cut is 85b. The current that flows through it should be small enough so you don't have to care about the current rating for the toggle switch.
I personally wouldn't do it because I don't find the position of the DME relay to be convenient for an everyday use kill switch. You still have to bend and partially remove the carpet that protects the relay and ECM connector, then reach to the switch at the top of the DME relay.
