I had the older version of that, looks a tad different, not as slick looking, which had a lock. The lock was a pretty cool feature, until it wasn't, and I removed it. I didn't use a spacer to make it work, I tapped it, can't remember where, which allowed the horn to function. I think I got that idea/info from good ol jack back in the day.
