transfer case failures (porsche offered extended warranties as these were failing before 100k), PDK's that don't shift crisply.
Front/timing chain cover oil leaks. This used to be a 10k expense and was a problem on many macans, Porsche released a TSB that tells you how to fix the leaks with the engine in place, and just replacing the top aluminum bolts that shear. Our 2018 GTS is due for that one, the local dealer wanted to pull the motor the last time they saw the car, I suggested they read the TSB.
