He said they were going at it. And she pushed him off from on top of her. Does that not mean what I took it to mean? If they were having sex, and she decides someday this guy is a creep, it's game over. Do not pass go. He goes to jail big time. If he happened to be 18 and she's not, her kids will be grown before he gets out. It's something to think about. I didn't say it was fair or right. I said the LA County Courts incarcerate boys and men alike on a regualar basis.
There some really strict laws woking here. Every teacher, counseler, pschologist, doctor, police officer, social worker and more are sworn to be mandated reporters of incidents involving underage sex. And if they don't, they face prison time themselves. It just takes one word from one person's mouth in any time frame for years to come for this to be prosecuted. Don't take my word on this, ask someone.
You don't even have to touch someone to have statutory rape charges filed against you. If you don't belive that, go stand outside a school fence for 20 minutes and talk to some young girls. I'll send you a post card at your new home.
