There is a lot to unpack in that photo...I think that is an MH-60S.
Chocks still on the deck, appears no dynamic components were "turning" (main rotor blade would have chewed up some concrete) or this would be a yard sale.
That and the "pegs" to inspect the tail rotor are still out...they would be in for flight.
