Air cooled 911’s, with some exceptions, are not rare. They made tens of thousands of these things. But people who cannot afford collectible Ferrari’s decided this was the next best thing. Hence, the run up in price. When I look at any air cooled 911, in my mind, they are still a $10,000-$15,000 car. Nice cars, but not $50,000 nice cars.
