Epoxy resin, pre-preg, vacuum, heat cure. No thick clear coat, no jel coat. VOC/air bubbles reduced to a minimum.
Pricing will be competitive, quality will be superior. These will be distributed in Europe as well as ROW. Pelican will have them, if they desire, once we begin stocking the various items. These are low volume products as the market is rather small and it would be difficult to mass produced them while sustaining this quality level.
Eventually just about any part of a 911 will be reproduced in CF, duck tail is likely as the 930 turbo tail is now finished. What I have in store for the turbo tail is going to be mind blowing. Looking into patents now.
Yes we have fuse box covers as well as the rear CDI box cover in carbon which has a layer of non conductive material (good question!)
Light weight bullet proof brake shields anyone?
