Fairly straight forward and ironically I just replaced my 1970 cable today.
Loosen the tension at the clutch fork with the two 17mm on the cable threads.
Then disconnect the cable clevis from the clutch arm at the pedal box. Unscrew the clevis from the clutch cable.
Cable should pull right out of the tunnel at that point.
Google should yield some results, I know FCP Euros blog has it for a 915, same process.
