My only complaint is the chair seems to tilt back some or wouldn't. I like a flatter seating position when doing paper work.

There are 2 options for the "tilt" mechanism. I prefer the "deluxe option" too, where you can adjust not only the tilt of the back, but also the tilt of the bottom.
