The rear diffuser is the same for Euro and USA. The rear bumper is completely different and Euro is significantly lighter. I'm going to be converting mine to Euro spec in the near future. Needed is the bumper, the mounts and the rubber molding (the molding is specific to the Turbo and different from the regular Euro 944).
This pic shows a USA Turbo (upper left), a Euro 944 with thin rubber molding (upper right), and a Euro Turbo with thick rubber molding and tow hook plug (lower).
The correct Turbo molding appears to be difficult to source.
