Yep ... I "ducked" Oreos looking for all the varieties...
Ya can't twist the cookie apart and split the filling either ... regardless of twist rate or technique .... one side gets it all ... the other nada!

Occasionally one slips through QC that has a faulty filling installation.
I've had them come apart where one side has a small cone shaped (very short and wide) spot of filling and the other side has the mirror image of the cone in the bulk of the filling.
I've also (rarely) had the experience where the filling splits diagonally so that it's about 50/50 on each cookie.
Granted, I haven't pulled them apart in many years, so they may have "fixed the glitch" so that never happens any more.
