/\/\/\/\ What doswald says. Do not rotate the clevis at the pedal end once disconnected. At the other end, measure the threads showing at the lock nuts before loosening them. When reassembling adjust lock nuts to your measurement and the clutch should be in the ball park. Again, don't lose the slotted fitting. Also, you don't need to remove the clutch cable to remove the engine. The only reason you disconnect it at the pedal end is to get slack so you can disconnect at the other end. You will need that slack to get the cable through the guides on the transmission.
The engine and transmission are removed as a unit and separated once out.
