Alpine is adding to their team. According to this BBC article the principal aero guy from Red Bull (guess worked under Newey), vehicle performance team leader also from Red Bull and head of sim for Ferrari have joined Alpine. Someone smarter than me can tell me what this means to Red Bull. Seems like Zak's comment from earlier in the year when he said RB folks would be jumping ship is coming true.

Just like winning game teams in games involving a ball, football, basketball and others. I don't call them sports teams when it is just a game children play with a ball, played by overpaid adults.
A winning team have the coaches and poached by other teams. It is hard to impossible to keep those employees when they want to make more money, and move up in the team.
