I believe id10t is correct. The "block" in your phone like that is for emails and texts.
In the mail app on an iPhone you can "move to junk" but I don't know if that learns and will then do the same in the future. I would hope so, but "move" doesn't imply anything other than changing folders to me. Surely, these days, it does imply learning.
