I move the emails to junk, but that hasn’t helped, to stop them.

I’ll have to logon on my laptop and see what options I have. I know with my outlook email, I can block a lot.

Edit: I use BellSouth email which is facilitated through Yahoo, I believe. Maybe I need to move into the 2000 and start using Gmail!

Assuming the mail is ACTUALLY coming from ATT (and since you are bellsouth/yahoo which is also ATT) this is probably (99.9%) an "official" email from ATT. Many/most providers are trying to get folks into their "news" emails and/or websites.

If (and I think it is) it is official, then you should be fine to "unsubscribe" using the link that is almost certainly at the bottom of the email.
