What I need to fix it isn't a new spout. WHat I need to fix it is some sort of gas resistant RTV or JBWeld or something that bonds to the plastic of the can and keeps the handle from leaking.

The spout doesn't bother me and the NoSpill cans fill the mower really quickly.

What these plastic cans need is a relief valve that keeps the cans from inflating and deflating with changes in temperature which causes the handles to split/leak.
