I have always loved the Grumman Tracker. Cool they are using OV-10 Broncos too. Couple of very cool airplanes.

Yeah, way too close. Per my circle of influence, I am being told a digger pine fell onto power lines and began arcing due to landing on a guys classic car. Then it took off up the hill. This is all speculation and nothing official has been announced.
The big box hangars with the red painted roofs from retardant, were burned. Unknown on the severity though. Had an ember hit the ones I am in, the outcome would have been devastating. Built in the forties with old dry wood covered in corrugated sheet steel, “POOF” gone. Even worse, it would have been a direct fuse line to the homes on the north side of the airport, including us.
I salute all of the ground and air crews for a fantastic job. And a big thank you to all of you that did this type of work in years past.
