I sat in a Miata last week and made car noises. The fit is just not there, unfortunately, for my build. It is at my friends shop and the owner knew.
He gets in a Mini Cooper this week so I'll drive up and see.
Drove a friend of mines Boxster this weekend, coincidentally a 987 and really liked it.
I am at least a year away so next up is finding older British convertibles...again, performance is less important that the top off. I offered to buy Chocs old Mercedes 560SL back and the shop owner just laughed.
