Cars are a great metaphor for the soul. Each one is unique and cherished, sometimes, by it's owner. A car takes you places but you control IT. You can drive it fast or slow, take turns, put on the brakes or put your right foot down, and keep it down. The car must obey.
Car, driver, a matched pair.
This is true for the body and the soul. The soul drives the body, takes it to places unique and precious to it. The soul makes the body experience life just as the driver controls the car. The body must obey the soul.
Body, soul, a matched pair.
