People can deal with data provide it you give it to them. No decent communication. Their web site is a joke. The map they show doesn't make any sense. If you look, the places that are 'under assessment
are the 5th Ward and parts of the 3rd Ward which are very poor parts of Houston. Downtime has juice. Some of Midtown.

Yeah, #2 is huge. I had a buddy (in Magnolia) just get power back last night. A work colleague was traveling yesterday and said it seemed odd where there were pockets where there was still no power, but lots of other places near those with power.
