No it isn't. The normal age for high school seniors everywhere in the U.S. is turning 18 sometime during school year, if they started school (kindergarden & 1st grade) at the normal age. The normal range would be from turning 18 the end of summer between 11th and 12th grade to turning 18 the beginning of summer after graduating, those are the extremes with most everyone turning 18 during the school year. It is now March for anyone who hasn't noticed, the vast majority of HS seniors are now 18. My 18th birthday was the last day of school, I was on the young end of scale for my grade.
Sorry, but this bit of inference, (that she is a minor), has been bugging me the whole thread. Statuatory rape can be a serious crime, but when an 18 y.o. is banging a 17.5 y.o. and you call it rape, that's a travesty. And where did he say that the guy was over 18?? Why start a witch hunt??
