I have no idea what contractors charge to do that sort of thing. Aside from the foundation and basic wiring, I built the house 43 years ago and have been maintaining it since. I did pay to have a well drilled and a submersible pump installed 24 years ago.
Oh yes, the electrical work for the generator panel and the solar installation in 2002 was contracted.
Other than that, every nail and screw in the place has been my pleasure.
We couldn't have built this place if we had to pay others to do the work.
