I've done that many times.
Pour about 2 ounces of gasoline in each priming cup
Close the choke
Open both compression releases
Roll the flywheel over until one piston comes up on compression
Pull HARD on the flywheel and hope it fires.
If it starts firing, set the choke at 1/2 closed and run around the tractor closing the compression releases
If you are in a field with dry grass or straw you will probably be stamping out the fires started by the flames shooting out of the compression releases.
And that's only getting it STARTED.
