Amazing undertaking!
I would have posted this project for sale on day 1 with the hope I could get my money back. You evidently have some skills and motivation to get into this and as you finish each step you will feel extreme satisfaction. I think you have made wonderful progress in the tear down and prep while still having to go to work. The changeover from disassembly to restoration will be gratifying.
