Thanks, I knew the SS was an option but thought there must be some way to determine if it was an ordered option through the VIN (apparently there's not).These cars are often cloned (the SS is worth double). I secured the car quickly to not let it get away. I'm convinced it's not a clone. 396, 12 bolt rear end, double domed hood, proper badging, etc. Haven't received all of the existing paper work yet which hopefully will contain documentation.
