I love what you did with your helmet and hand control. Ive told the guys at work, when I punch out in December (one month shy of 31 years), all I want is my trashed helmet. I’ve collected and or been presented with some cool stuff I just have on a shelf in the office.
F-16 control
A maverick coupler from an A-10 and misc ordinance pins. Most folks wouldn’t give a second glance at these, but I find them cool.
I even scored a squadron DVD of the U-2 group at Beale, made many, many years ago.
And best of all, I was just invited to the last ever solo party next month at Beale AFB. It’s gonna be monumental!!!! So much history will be there since many past Dragon-Lady drivers have been invited.
For those that don’t know, the last solo party is being done to commemorate the final and last U-2 Pilot to get signed off after training. She(U-2) is being phased out for something bigger and better[emoji22]. I was able to score a sticker of the group in charge of the new platform.
