Those other guys I liked, were hard working and took care of the company's needs in our early days but they lack "money" knowledge. I got the two of them to start with simple investment. Now one of them is doing rather well with the stock market. A lot better than me that's for sure. I will gift my company and my clients to him in a few years and wish him well.

Not sure if its my place to say anything still, but I am different and were taught from a very young ago to respect the elders so I always listen, agree or not. I have always welcome advice coming those who are successful (anyone with a decent job, and family and not some alcoholic, beat up old dude). Again, I am still not sure if I will say anything judging from my friend's relationship and judgement of his father, I am sure the dad would appreciate it if someone beside him say something to introduce a dose of reality to his boy.
