I suspect that this may be the issue. I bought this place about 6 years ago and one unit had newer A/C and the other unit has a much older unit. The other tenant states that their A/C runs great and their utility bill is low. I just put new A/C in my house and I can't believe how much better it is - only runs for a short while and chills the house very well whereas my old A/C ran all day for mediocre results. I have called my A/C company to service this unit and give me an estimate for replacement.
