Honestly, look for a 1960s dive watch. The Rolex and Tudor submariner vintage watches are very pricey. You might find a Vintage Omega Seamaster for $5K.
If you want a modern watch with that vibe, I'd suggest a Tudor Blackbay 58 in black. It is an homage to their 1958 submariner.
