These people deserve a beyotch slap. These are also the folks that will stop and chat in the middle of the entrance or exit of a store, or start dicking around with their phone in the entrance of anywhere. Or park their shopping cart on one side of the aisle in a store, and then stand between their cart and the other side of the store. When folks do that I just move their cart.
