Clear ceramic window tint and cracked windows when parked is probably the best thing that can be done to prevent heat soak which will make the AC much more efficient. Otherwise you may end up with an overpowered, oversized, over expensive system to compensate for a preventable phenomenon.
Even my new car suffers from heat soak and it is what it is.
