I can remember our family taking that exact off ramp many times when going to my cousin's house in Eagle Rock.
My dad drove on that freeway in '48 when he worked out here early in his career. He had a Model A and it was perfect for that highway back then.
I haven't been on it in a number of years now, but the on ramps still reward HP under foot.
