PS, I too graduated college, and even toyed with law school. Things is, I made too much money managing a team of 27 developers creating state-of-the-art software to make it worthwhile. I hope you do a much, much better job of presenting to the court than you did to me.

I think that you might be over reacting a bit to what he wrote. You made a blanket statement that men always believe that they are smarter than women. That’s an absolute BS statement in my world, I’m constantly in the company of women who are extremely intelligent. I don’t think for a minute that I am smarter than all of them. You must be hanging out with men who are idiots, because those are the people who are always the last to know.
There are many different types of intelligence, such as emotional intelligence, analytical intelligence, etc. The two most abundant things in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity. If you don’t believe me, take a dip into PARF sometime. People who could not pass an 8th grade logic class consider themselves really smart. As someone else eluded to, if you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.
