I was thinking Agent 86 pulled up in an Alpine in earlier versions of
Get Smart before he arrived in a Tiger, but he did not. In checking, apparently in some scenes they used an Alpine with Tiger badging so they'd have room under the hood for the pop up machine gun under the hood. I wonder if watching
Get Smart holds up well today. That video of the guest stars Baz posted was interesting. I don't think I remember seeing any of them from when I watched the show.
Many years ago I found an excellent mechanic for British cars in Pleasant Hill, CA. John Bull was the name of the shop. I think it was a 1977 MGB I was flipping. Big bumpers, but it was a fun car.
