Are you going to the CN tower? If you like Beer there is Steam Whistle brewing almost directly below, they make a great Pilsner, good thing because that is the only beer they make.
Lots of excellent restaurant's around, what do you like? If you are serious about the shoe museum there is a good place for a slice of pizza at 654 Spadina. At least it was excellent years ago. After your slice head south to 126 McCaul Village Genius pub and try a La Trappe Quadrupel beer, 10% Abv but really good. If you like Jazz try the Rex on Queen just a little further south.
Fishing near Toronto, the only place I can think of is the aquarium near the CN tower, but they are not going to like it.
