I am still in search of the perfect Old Fashioned. Now and again they are amazing. Many times, not. At least I have G&Ts and Sidecars perfected.
You should ask Lois to make you a Penicillin: blended scotch, fresh lemon juice, honey ginger syrup (or honey and muddled ginger), top with an Islay single malt. I'm looking forward to getting some scotch.
