Since it will be September, you might try fishing for salmon, brown trout and rainbow trout off any pier on Lake Ontario near a decent size tributary. Don’t know about Toronto but on the US side, there are a few…or you might book a salmon fishing charter for a morning out of Toronto Buffalo or Rochester

Not sure how you would fish Keuka lake without a boat….and no salmon there but good for lake trout and SM bass if you can rent a boat….no idea if that’s an option but probably is
