Someone will send them money, there is always that one dude who spent all night on the internet searching every dark corner and thinks he has found the honeyhole. You haven't, it's a scam. I bet if you google earth that place it's a run of the mill used car lot and if you look at the pictures on his slick site that was created three days ago none of the backgrounds match each other.
It isn't your lucky day....
