MP created soo many funny bits, not everyone appreciates that style of humor, but I've always been easily entertained.
I remember the early Monty Python's Flying Circus episodes being shown on an NPR station locally back in the late 70's, for that time frame there were some very racy scenes being shown plus the very off center English humor got me hooked from the first episode I saw.
There's also the movies of course with scenes that can stand on their own
