An inch and a half is huge. Unless you've fixed the bump steer in a way similar to what I've outlined here
https://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/1119373-bump-steer-check.html and have corrected the toe change so that it doesn't change through a few inches of travel, then yes, it will definitely need an alignment.
