I finally have some time at home and got around to stripping all the rock guard and undercoating from the front wheel arches. It is amazing how much material was clinging to that area.

I also found someone locally that will sandblast the whole car to hit all the spots that I can't effectively reach. Even if I need to do some sandblasting later, I'm hoping to avoid making mess of all the landscaping near the driveway.

I can't say that I'm surprised at this point, but I was disappointed to find more serious rust and previous repairs (with tons of fiberglass covering the worst parts) at the front end of the car.
