Probably changing out the heater core on my '85 Mustang GT H.O. 5.0.
Whole dash had to come out to do it. It was my daily driver at the time too so there was no 'try' involved only 'do'. Replacing the engine when I got it with a factory long block was far easier.
I didn't end up with any 'extra' screws when I was done either.
