This must be one of the happiest days of your life! I'm still fine as a landlord. The only headache I have now is insurance. Companies cancelled policies for my buildings and others are telling me they don't want to renew.
Apparently, that is happening nationwide because of all the hurricanes, fires and floods. I closed on one of my condos a month ago and a week prior, I got a notice that the insurance went up $800k and they would not renew next year. I left that for the new owner to deal with. lol
